Life ousts Clue to take the Coffee Cup
The first place Life team scored the
first 3 goals of the game, then cruised to the 4-2 win.
Jack Gavin, Russell Steeves, and Bill Osbahr had the yella team up by a field goal in the first. A late rush and goal by Brian Leslie cut the lead to 3-1.
In the 2nd, Osbahr tapped home his 2nd to make it 4-1 and that was that. Dan McCarthy tipped home a Todd Nichol pass to make it 4-2 in the 2nd, and that would be all the scoring.
Mike Saia played a key role in the outcome of this game, as he did color commentary in the booth.
